See

Hello! :D it's your beloved monkey look alike friend and leader here :) Anyhow, it has been about two weeks that we are all in our new life groups! I believe most or in fact all of us have settled down in our new life group!

Ultimately, I just want to take this time to remind every one in GEN (North E and G) about our vision
GLIM
Which has the same meaning as light :D
G: GROUNDED TO THE WORD OF GOD
Remember the story of the KITE?
L: LOVE OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD
This was what the CROSS was about!
I: INFLUENCE - A LIGHT THAT SHINES
In all that we do, let's draw the lost back to his love
M: MOTIVATION- AUDIENCE OF ONE
Live to bring a smile to his face. If not, it's very tiring!

Anyhow, this vision belongs to everyone who is in GEN. If we don't live it out in our lives, then who will do it for us?

My godly man and woman of GEN, I urged everyone of you STAY OVERNIGHT FOR LEVEL UP CAMP! Honestly, if you are going to miss this overnight then the next overnight will be like next year! Moreover we seldom get a chance to overnight as a church and get to interact with others!

On top of that, just like what I shared with the people in NG today about the possibility of breaking their 25 people by end December which is everyone to bring one other person for camp! It can be done! Let's not go to this camp with the same few faces that we meet in our life groups but new brothers and sisters!

All the NG people who went for life group today will know this:

Isaiah 43:19 (New Living Translation)

19 For I am about to do something new.
See, I have already begun! Do you not see it?
I will make a pathway through the wilderness.
I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.

Isaiah 43:19 (New International Version)

19 See, I am doing a new thing!
Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?
I am making a way in the desert
and streams in the wasteland.

GEN, i honestly believe that God is doing a new thing in all of our lives and ministry. I have been hearing little breakthroughs in some of our lives and also God pouring in responsive pool of contacts! All we need to do is to SEE (OPEN OUR EYES). As God continues to do a NEW thing in our ministry and lives, we need to be that channel that will be ready for the streams to flow in Woodlands. It's time to put aside our past and move on with him with a new spirit and perspective. There is not point dwelling on past defeats, success and still growth.
